摘要
介绍了一种常温保鲜荸荠的方法,与其他方法比较,该方法具有简单易行、投资少、见效快等特点.研究结果表明,在常温下荸荠的保鲜期可达200d以上,荸荠的商品质量基本不变.
A method of fresh keeping of Water Chestnut at room temperature was introduced and compared with the others. This method is of characterics of convenience,economization and high efficiency. The results showed that the Water Chestnut preservation method could keep retention period of Water Chestnut up to more than 200 days at room temperature, and the major merchandise quantity of Water Chestnut are not changed.
