摘要
采用盐酸 乙醇混合溶液提取爬山虎熟果中的红色素,利用乙醚纯化其色素.根据不同pH值条件下红色素溶液的颜色变化,光谱吸收图以及不同金属离子对爬山虎红色素溶液颜色变化的影响情况,对该色素进行初步的定性分析.同时利用改进的Fuleki方法,对爬山虎果中红色素的含量进行初步的分析.
Red pigment was extracted by means of hydrochloric acid-alchohol solution, and the pigment was purified by use of ether. Based on the changes of red pigment solution under the different pH value and absorption bands,as well as the effect of different metal positive ion on color changes of red pigment in Parthenocissus tricuspidata plach,this pigment was tentatively analyzed .Meanwhile the pigment content was analyzed by use of the improved Fuleki method.
