2001年按照建设部的有关文件精神,工程造价咨询机构完成了与政府部门的脱钩与改制工作,造价咨询业的发展步入了一个新的阶段。其发展速度快得惊人,但整体实力不强。如何在有限的时间内,提高从业人员的素质,参与建设项目的全过程造价管理,是促进工程造价咨询业健康发展的关键。

In accordance with the document of Construction Department in 2001, the engineering cost advisory agency has been separated from the government and has stepped into a new stage. Although it develops rapidly, it's not competitive enough. In this case, it is essential to improve the employee's quality and participation in the whole process of the cost management of a project within the limited time.
