A Discussion on the Creation of Liu Jian-wei's Novel

当下主流意识形态文学的凸现,既是先进文化建设的需要,更是文学传统发展的必然。主流意识形态代表作家柳建伟的系列长篇,以崭新的题材视角,近距离反映当下社会生活,塑造系列当代英雄,提出富有挑战性的社会难题,充分体现了作家的忧患意识和现实主义创作方法的顽强生命力。但小说非审美倾向也很严重,真正的时代英雄形象依然缺席。究其原因,当与创作主体对生活的感悟及创作心态密切相关。

The appearance of the mainstream ideology literature is not only the requirement of constructing advanced culture, but also the necessity of developing literature. The novels series written by the representative of the mainstream ideology writer Liu Jian-wei reveals the present social life from a new angle. It creates several modern heroes and presents some social problems which have fully embodied the writer's awareness of concern and showed the strong life-force of realism style of novel creation. However, the author does not show an aestheticism view in his novel, the real modern hero is still absent, which may result from the writer's understanding of life and his state of mind in novel creation.
