高位钻孔与采空区埋管联合抽放技术的数值模拟 被引量:2

摘要 为了研究高位钻孔与采空区埋管联合抽放治理采空区瓦斯的效果,以山西某矿8101工作面为研究对象,采用fluent数值模拟软件,分别对无抽采作用、单独使用埋管法、单独使用高位钻孔抽采和这两种方法联合抽采时工作面瓦斯抽采效果进行对比分析,得出高位钻孔与40 m埋管抽放配合使用时,回风侧的采空区瓦斯浓度明显降低,上隅角瓦斯超限情况得到了控制,相较于单独使用各方法,其抽采率更高,抽采效果更加明显。因此,可以采用这两种抽采方法配合使用的方法,解决8101工作面上隅角瓦斯超限问题。 In order to study the effect of combined gas management with cross-measurement drilling and gob side pipe method, 8101 working face of a mine in Shanxi is taken as the research object, and the Fluent numerical simulation software is used to analyze the gas drainage effect under the conditions of no drainage, buried pipe method, the cross-measurement drilling, and the combined method respectively. It is concluded that when the cross-measurement drilling method and the 40 m pre-buried pipe method are used together, the gas concentration in the goaf and air way are significantly reduced, gas concentration on the upper corner is also controlled effectively. Compared with each individual method, the combined practice drained more gas, and the drainage effect is more obvious.
