摘要 义桥煤矿以往工作面支架回撤存在使用绞车多、劳动强度大、人力多、安全系数低等问题,在6302工作面回撤时对支架回撤工艺进行了改进,采用了液压支架调移装置,与原回撤工艺对比,新工艺减轻了劳动强度,提高了工作效率,降低了人工成本,安全系数增加,也保证了液压支架的安全顺利回撤。 The support withdrawing in Yiqiao coal mine used to be problematical with more winches, higher labor intensity, more manpower and lower safety factor. The withdrawing process was improved in the 6302 working face, and the hydraulic support adjusting and shifting device was adopted. Compared with the original process, the labor intensity being reduced, the working efficiency also improved, overall cost reduced, and the safe and smooth withdrawal of the hydraulic support ensured.
