基于节能理念的采煤机滚筒转速分析

摘要 为合理确定采煤机滚筒转速,实现高效、安全、节能开采,以团柏矿地质开采技术条件为工程背景,从采煤机滚筒节能割煤的视角出发,使用理论力学原理,综合剪切强度破坏准则,建立滚筒截割煤壁时的破煤力学模型,获得满足破煤要求的临界滚筒转速表达式,定量地表征了冲击作用时间、滚筒质量及半径、截齿高度与直径、煤体内聚力和内摩擦角与滚筒最低能耗转速间的关系。分析了无夹矸、弱夹矸及硬夹矸煤层中滚筒不同截割部位转速随冲击作用时间的变化规律,给出了滚筒节能转速的确定方法。 Aimed at reasonably determining the rotational speed of the shearer drum, realizing high-efficiency, safe and energy-saving mining, the paper takes technical mining conditions in Tuanbai mine as the engineering case, from the perspective of energy-saving, uses the principle of theoretical mechanics, together with the comprehensive shearing strength criterion, establishes the coal breaking mechanical model when mining, so obtain the critical drum rotation speed formation that meets the requirements of breaking coal, quantitatively characterizes the relationship among acting force time, the weight and radius of the drum, the length and diameter of pick, internal stress of coal,the internal friction angle and the minimum energy consumption of the drum. The variation law of the rotational speed of drum under different cutting conditions of pure coal, weakly mixed coal and rock and fully mixed coal and rock seam with different impact time is analyzed, and the method for determining the energy-saving speed of the drum is given.
