摘要
对 5个米质由优至劣的早籼品种的农艺和米质性状作典范相关分析表明 ,农艺性状直接影响米质性状 ,表现为穗部性状与粒形、粒长因子正相关 ,每穗颖花数与出糙率正相关 ,说明高产和优质不矛盾。作外观、加工和蒸煮营养品质的典范相关分析表明 :米粒长的品种出糙率和精米率较低 ,米粒短的品种出糙率和精米率较高 ;出糙率高的品种其直链淀粉含量高 ,米粒长的品种其直链淀粉和蛋白质含量较低。该研究还发现整精米率与胶稠度正相关 ,可能是米胶软的品种其淀粉结构的韧性和抗力强 。
It was exposed that agronomy traits affected directly rice quality by canonical correlation analysis of agronomy traits and quality traits of early indica rice.The traits of panicle were positive correlation with length/width of rice kernel and grain length.In one hand,the spikelets per panicle had the same correlation with brown rice rate.The result indicated that there was no contradiction between yield and rice quality. On the other hand,kernel length was negitive correlation with amylose content, protein content, brown rice rate and milled rice rate,and brown rice rate had directly correlation with amylose content. Head rice rate had directly correlation with gel consistency.
