摘要
学习权做为公民的基本人权之一,越来越受到人们的重视。民办高校作为我国高等教育重要组成部分,研究民办高校在组织教育教学与管理过程中与大学生权利产生冲突的问题,寻求解决对策,对于保障大学生学习权具有重要的意义。
"Legal school-running,autonomous management,democratic supervision,social participation"are important elements to constitute the modern college system.Private college is an essential part of the higher education in China.So the study of conflicts between the organization and implement of school teaching and the students study rights in private universities is very important for the guarantee of the college students′study rights.
