民办高校辅导员班级管理现状与对策

The Present Situation and Counter-measures of the Class Management under college counselor in Private Colleges

随着我国民办教育的发展,民办院校思想政治辅导员的工作逐渐受到社会的重视,与公办院校相比民办院校有一定的特殊性,这种特殊性导致学生具有一定的独特性。从民办院校辅导员工作的现状、民办院校班级管理的重要性以及民办院校班级管理的主要对策等方面进行阐述,努力地探索一条民办院校辅导员班级管理的新道路。

With the development of private college education,the ideological and political counselor′s work has been attached more and more attention in recent years.Compared with public colleges,the private colleges have the specialty.This specialty makes the students unique.This paper focuses on the present situation of private college counselor′s work,the importance of class management and counter-measures to class management in private colleges,and tries to explore a new road to class management in private universities.
