摘要
师范生就业领域相对狭窄,学生面临的求职压力较大,提高学生职业成熟度水平是高校人才培养的重要一环。通过团体辅导对20名师范生进行干预,分为实验组和对照组,以症状自评量表(SCL-90)、大学生职业成熟度量表为测评工具,结合团体辅导评价问卷和访谈问卷对团体效果进行评估。结果显示,实验组师范生在职业成熟水平得分上显著提高,在躯体化、人际敏感和焦虑水平上有所降低。对照组因未采取任何干预措施,在各项得分上未发生显著变化。研究表明团体心理训练有利于师范生职业成熟度水平的提高,可为进一步拓宽培养师范生职业成熟度的方法提供科学依据。
Since the students′employment area is narrow and its pressure is bigger,it is important to improve their professional maturity level.This study of the Group counseling is carried on in 20 students and divides them into the experimental groups and the matchedl groups,The assessment tools are the symptom self-assessment scale(SCL- 90)and college students′career maturity measuring scale,together with the group guidance evaluation questionnaire and interview questionnaire.The results show that the experimental group students increased significantly on career maturity level,but the somatization,interpersonal sensitivity and anxiety level reduced.The matched students has not changed significantly on the career maturity level.The research shows that group psychological counseling is beneficial to improve the students career maturity level,it provides the scientific basis to broaden the ways of cultivating students′professional maturity.
