溶栓治疗肺血栓栓塞症的护理体会

Thrombolytic Nursing Experience of Pulmonary Thromboembolism

目的总结肺血栓栓塞症患者的溶栓护理体会,明确患者的有效护理措施及护理要点。方法选取我院2012年6月到2015年6月所收集肺血栓栓塞症患者共60例进行研究,所有患者均应用尿激酶进行溶栓治疗并予以相应护理,总结患者护理过程中体会、出现问题及有效解决方法。结果 60例患者经溶栓治疗后,临床症状均完全消失,螺旋CT肺动脉造影复查结果示53例栓塞病灶消失、另外7例为病灶明显缩小。结论肺血栓栓塞患者溶栓治疗前后的相应护理工作均具有重大意义,能消除相关危险因素以利于患者病情恢复。

Objective To summarize the thrombolytic nursing experience of patients with pulmonary thromboembolism and to make clear the effective nursing measures and nursing points of the patients. Methods A total of 60 patients with pulmonary thromboembolism in our hospital collected from June 2012 to June 2015 were studied. All patients were treated by urokinase for thrombolytic therapy and were given corresponding nursing. The experience,existing problems and effective solutions during the process of nursing were summarized. Results After thrombolytic therapy,the clinical symptoms of the 60 patients completely disappeared. The reexamination results of spiral CT pulmonary angiography showed that the embolization lesions in 53 patients disappeared and the lesions in other 7 patients decreased significantly. Conclusion The nursing work before and after thrombolytic therapy of patients with pulmonary thromboembolism is of great significance. It is can eliminate the relevant risk factors to help patients recover.
