脊柱术后早期分层预防静脉血栓栓塞症的效果和死亡率评价

Evaluationof the Effect and Mortality of Early Stratification Prevention of Venous Thromboembolism after Spinal Surgery

目的探索脊柱术后早期分层预防静脉血栓栓塞症(VTE)的效果和死亡率。方法选取2017年6月21日至2018年6月21日期间我院脊柱术后100例患者(实施奇偶数分组模式),对照组的50例患者进行常规预防指导,观察组的50例患者在术后加强早期分层预防管理。结果观察组:死亡率(0.00%)、伤口血肿(2%)、VTE(2%);对照组;死亡率(5%)、伤口血肿(11%)、VTE(9%)观察组各项均低于对照组(P<0.05)。结论对实施脊柱手术患者,在术后加强早期分层预防管理,能够降低死亡率,预防VTE发生。

Objective To explore the effect of early stratification after spinal column surgery to prevent venous thromboembolism.Methods One hundred patients(in the odd-even group mode)after spinal surgery in our hospital from June 21,2017 to June 21,2018 were selected.50 patients in the control group were given routine preventive guidance,and 50 patients in the observation group.Strengthen early stratification prevention management after surgery.Results Observation Group:mortality rate(0%),wound hematoma(2%),VTE(2%);control group;mortality(5%),wound hematoma(11%),VTE(9%)The observation group was lower than the control group(P<0.05).Conclusion For patients undergoing spinal surgery,strengthening early stratified prevention management after operation can reduce mortality and prevent VTE occurrence.
