替格瑞洛对冠心病介入治疗病人凝血功能及血小板聚集的影响

Effect of Ticagrelor on Coagulation Function and Platelet Aggregation in Patients with Coronary Heart Disease Undergoing Percutaneous Coronary Interventional Therapy

目的探讨替格瑞洛对冠心病介入(PCI)治疗病人时对凝血功能及血小板聚集的影响。方法选择2017.1.1至2018.1.1来我院就诊的冠心病PCI治疗的128例患者,随机分为对照、替格瑞洛两组,每组64例。两组受试者第一日均接受负荷剂量阿司匹林,次日改为维持剂量阿司匹林;对照组在此基础上服用氯吡格雷,替格瑞洛组在此基础上服用替格瑞洛。分别监测治疗前后凝血功能以及血小板聚集率,并进行统计学分析。结果治疗后替格瑞洛组的活化部分凝血活酶时间(aPTT)、凝血酶原时间(PT)、凝血酶时间(TT)高于对照组,纤维蛋白原(Fbg)、血小板最大聚集率(MPAR)低于对照组(P<0.05)。结论对冠心病PCI患者术后采用替格瑞洛进行治疗能明显改善凝血功能与血小板聚集率。

Objective To investigate the interventional treatment for Greg lowe on CHD patients the influence of the function of blood coagulation and platelet aggregation.Methods Choose 2017.1.1-2018.1.1 to our hospital involved in surgical treatment of 128 cases of patients with coronary heart disease,were randomly divided into control,on behalf of Greg in the two groups,64 cases in each group.Two groups of subjects were first daily loading doses of aspirin,the next day to maintenance dose of aspirin.The control group on the basis of taking clopidogrel,for Greg los group monitoring function of blood coagulation and platelet aggregation rate before and after the treatment,and statistical analysis.Results After treatment for Greg set of prothrombin time(PT),activated partial blood coagulation time(aPTT)and thrombin time(TT)is higher than the control group,fibrinogen(Fbg),platelet maximum aggregation rate(MPAR)is lower than the control group(P<0.05).Conclusion In patients with coronary heart disease PCI postoperative treatment for Greg los application value is high,can significantly improve the Blood coagulation function and Platelet aggregation.
