登革热患者血小板输注与血液库存预警系统的建立

摘要 目的本文通过登革热暴发流行造成的对单采血小板需求激增,探讨建立单采血小板血液预警系统的意义。方法 2014年9至11月间,佛山市顺德区登革热病例191例,均经南方医科大学顺德医院传染病科确诊,其中需输注血小板的病例为165例(86.39%)。本站通过落实采供血应急预案,有效地保障了急救用血。结果本次输注血小板患者共165例,每例按血小板5U/10kg输注,输注后血小板数均>80×10~9/L,临床出血症征好转,无失血性休克与死亡病例发生。结论通过这次应对,验证了血液库存预警系统的成效,能保证治疗工作园满地的完成。 Objective To explore the significance of establishing a single platelet blood warning system through the surge of demand for single platelets caused by dengue outbreak.Methods From 2014、9 to November,191 cases of dengue fever in Foshan Shunde district were confirmed by the infectious diseases Department of the Southern Medical University Shunde Hospital.Which 165 cases(86.39%)were required for platelet infusion.This site through the implementation of blood emergency plan,effectively protect the first aid with blood.Results A total of 165 cases of platelet infusion,each case according to Platelet 5 u/10 kg infusion,the number of platelets after infusion was>80 x10^9/L,the clinical hemorrhagic syndrome improved,no hemorrhagic shock and death cases occurred.Conclusion Through this response,the effectiveness of the blood inventory early warning system is verified,which can ensure the completion of the treatment work garden.
