利伐沙班治疗静脉血栓栓塞症的有效性及安全性研究

Study on the Efficacy and Safety of Rivaroxaban Treatment of Venous Thromboembolism

目的探究利伐沙班治疗静脉血栓栓塞症患者的有效性以及安全性。方法选择2017年7月至2018年7月在本院接受治疗的静脉血栓栓塞症患者作为研究对象,采用随机抽样法抽选出80例患者,将其按照入院时间顺序分为对照组、观察组(40例/组)。对照组静脉血栓栓塞症患者给予低相对分子质量肝素钠治疗,观察组静脉血栓栓塞症患者给予利伐沙班进行治疗,对比两组静脉血栓栓塞症患者的凝血指标以及静脉超声。结果治疗后,观察组静脉血栓栓塞症患者的凝血指标与静脉超声与对照组患者相比:P值<0.05。结论利伐沙班在治疗静脉血栓栓塞症患者中应用效果明显,不会抑制患者凝血功能,也不会对患者心功能产生较大的影响,安全性较高值得推荐。

Objective To investigate the efficacy and safety of rivaroxaban in the treatment of patients with venous thromboembolism.Methods Eight patients with venous thromboembolism who were treated in our hospital from July 2008 to July 1818 were enrolled.80 patients were selected by random sampling.They were divided into control group according to the order of admission.Group(40 cases/group).In the control group,patients with venous thromboembolism were treated with low molecular weight heparin sodium.Patients in the observation group were treated with rivaroxaban for venous thromboembolism.The coagulation parameters and venous ultrasound of patients with venous thromboembolism were compared.Results After treatment,the coagulation parameters of patients with venous thromboembolism in the observation group were compared with those of the control group(P<0.05).Conclusion Rivaroxaban is effective in the treatment of patients with venous thromboembolism.It does not inhibit the coagulation function of patients,and it does not have a significant impact on the heart function of patients.It is recommended to be safe.
