综合护理干预措施对重症监护室危重患者下肢深静脉血栓形成的预防效果

Preventive Effect of Comprehensive Nursing Intervention on Deep Venous Thrombosis of Lower Limbs in Critically Ill Patients in Intensive Care Unit

目的研究综合护理干预措施对于重症监护室危重患者下肢深静脉血栓形成(DVT)的预防效果。方法将本院2016年6月至2018年6月重症监护室中收治的140例危重患者作为研究对象,将所选患者随机分为对照组70例进行常规护理措施,另外70例患者作为观察组,实施综合性护理干预措施,观察2组患者护理效果。结果经过护理后,观察组患者下肢DVT发生率2例较对照组患者下肢DVT发生率14例明显要低,且观察组患者护理满意率97.14%,显著高于对照组患者护理满意率82.86%。P<0.05,差异具有统计学意义。结论对于重症监护室危重患者实施综合护理干预措施,有助于提升临床护理疗效,降低患者出现下肢DVT的发生率,值得在临床上进行推广使用。

Objective To study the preventive effect of comprehensive nursing interventions on deep venous thrombosis(DVT)of lower limbs in critically ill patients in intensive care unit.Methods The 140 critically ill patients admitted to the intensive care unit from June 2016 to June 2018 in our hospital were selected as subjects.The selected patients were randomly divided into the control group of 70 patients for routine nursing measures,and the other 70 patients were used as observation groups.Comprehensive nursing interventions were implemented to observe the effect of care in 2 groups of patients.Results After nursing,the incidence of deep venous thrombosis in the lower extremity was significantly lower in the observation group than in the control group in 14 cases(20%),and the nursing satisfaction rate in the observation group was 97.14%.The nursing satisfaction rate was significantly higher than that of the control group(82.86%).P<0.05,the difference was statistically significant.Conclusion The implementation of comprehensive nursing interventions for critically ill patients in intensive care unit can help to improve the clinical nursing effect and reduce the incidence of DVT in patients with lower extremity.It is worthy of clinical promotion.
