妇产科疾病术后下肢深静脉血栓形成的预防和护理

Prevention and Nursing of Lower Extremity Deep Venous Thrombosis after Gynecological Diseases

目的观簦妇产科疾病术后下肢深静脉血栓形成(DVT)的预防及护理措施。方法选取本院2015年8月至2018年8月收治的130例妇产科疾病手术患者作为研究对象,将所选患者随机分为对照组65例,实施常规护理措施进行护理,另外65例患者作为观察组,在实施常规护理措施的基础上,实施针对性的护理措施,观察两组患者出现下肢深静脉血栓情况。结果通过对2组患者实施不同的护理措施,观察组下肢体静脉血栓形成、肺栓塞的发生率均明显低于对照组患者(P<0.05)。结论对于进行妇产科手术患者在实施常规护理措施的基础上,加施针对性护理措施,有助于降低术后下肢DVT发生率。

Objective To study the prevention and nursing measures of deep venous thrombosis(DVT)of lower limbs after gynecological diseases.Methods 130 patients with gynecological diseases admitted to our hospital from August 2015 to August 2018 were selected as subjects.The selected patients were randomly divided into control group(65 cases),routine nursing measures were taken for nursing,and another 65 cases were treated.As an observation group,the patients were given targeted nursing measures based on the implementation of routine nursing measures,and the DVT of the lower extremities was observed in the two groups.Results Through the different nursing measures for the two groups of patients,the total incidence of embolization in the observation group was was significantly lower than that in the control group(P<0.05).The difference was statistically significant.Conclusion On the basis of routine nursing measures,the patients undergoing gynecological and obstetric operations can reduce the incidence of DVT of lower extremities after operation by applying targeted nursing measures.
