二甲氧基羟基苯基荧光酮光度法测定食品中微量锗

摘要 目的:探讨二甲氧基羟基苯基荧光酮光度测定食品中微量锗的方法。方法:在H3PO4介质中和TritonX-100存在时,采用二甲氧基羟基苯基荧光酮(DMHPF)光度法测定食品中的微量锗。结果:锗与二甲氧基羟基苯基荧光酮形成1:2橙红色络合物,最大吸收在505nm波长处,锗含量在0~7 μg/25 ml范围内符合比耳定律,表观摩尔吸光系数为1.8×105L·mol-1·cm-1。结论:该法用于食品中微量锗的测定,结果满意,具有灵敏度高、选择性好的特点。 Objective: A spcclropholomctric method for determination of germanium with a new chromogenic reagent DMHPF was studied. Methods: In H3PO4 medium and in the presence of Triton X-100, it was applied to determination of germanium in foods with DMHPF. Results: Germanium formed an orange-red 1 : 2 complex with DMHPF, which had ahsorbance maximum at 505 nm. The apparent molar absorptivity was 1. 8 ×105L · mol-1 · cm-1 . Beer's law obeyed for germanium in the range of 0~7 μg/25 ml. Conclusions: It was applied to determination of germanium in foods with satisfactory results.
