摘要
目的:研究赤土茯苓苷(Smi)对小鼠免疫功能的影响。方法:以左旋咪唑(Lev)为阳性对照组,观察Smi对小鼠的胸腺、脾脏指数、血清溶血素(HC50)、溶血空斑形成细胞数(PFC)、腹腔吞噬细胞吞噬中性红和超敏反应(DTH)的影响。结果:Smi使小鼠的胸腺、脾脏指数增加,其中剂量为30 mg/kg作用最显著(P<0.001)。Smi的各剂量组均使小鼠血清溶血素(HC50)和溶血空斑形成细胞数(PFC)明显增加(P<0.001);能增加小鼠腹腔吞噬细胞吞噬中性红的能力。Smi对由二硝基氯苯诱发的迟发型超敏反应(DTH)有明显的抑制作用(P <0.001)。结论:Smi能增加小鼠非特异性免疫和体液免疫功能,可抑制小鼠的细胞免疫功能。
Objectives: To study the effect of Smilax glabra Roxb (Smi) on the immunological function in mice. Methods: By means of Lcvamisole of positive compare observe Smilax glabra Roxb (Smi) mice thymus gland and spleen, the HC50, the PFC, abdominal phagocytosis of macrophagc of an influence. Result: Smi made the mice thymus gland and spleen increase. The function was the most significant when in 30 mg/kg ( P <0. 0001). Both Smi and levamisole made the HC50 increase ( P <0.001 ), the PFC increase ( P <0. 001) ; Smi could increase the ability of the mice abdominal phagocytosis of macrophage (P <0. 001). But Smi had an clear suppression to DTH ( P <0. 001). Conclusion: The study indicated that Smi could increase the non-specific immunity and the body liquid immunological function, and it could hold back the allergic reaction.
