摘要
目的:研究维吾尔药Vitis amurensis Rupr.的化学成分。方法:利用反复硅胶柱层析进行分离,通过IR、1H—NMR、13C—NMR光谱鉴定化合物结构。结果:分离得到3个化合物,分别鉴定为齐墩果酸(Oleanlic acid Ⅰ)、三十三烷(TritriacontaneⅡ)、二十六烷酸(Hexacosanoic acid Ⅲ)。结论:化合物Ⅰ为首次从该植物中分离得到。
Objective: To Stude the chemical constituents in the fruit of Uygur traditional medicine of Vitis amurensis Rupr. Methods: The constituents were isolated repeatedly on silica gel column chromalography and their structures were identified by IR、 1H-NMR、 13C-NMR spectral. Results: Three compounds were isolated and identified as Olcanolic acid ( Ⅰ ), Tritriacontane ( Ⅱ ) , Hcxacosanoic acid ( Ⅲ ). Conclusions: Compound Ⅰ was obtained form this plant for the first time.
