摘要
以一维滑块雷诺润滑系统为研究对象,建立了薄膜厚度方程、薄膜瞬态压强方程、薄膜力的Taylor级数展开式等数学模型,推导出了薄膜力的各阶非线性刚度和阻尼系数及其无量纲量的解析式.研究表明,在分析雷诺润滑系统时,对于小振动情况,可采取线性动特性系数;在大振动情况下,须采用非线性动特性系数,否则,将产生较大误差,甚至相反的结论.
With the object of study in Reynolds lubrication system, mathematic models, such as film thickness equation, transient pressure equation, Taylor series expression of film force, are built. Linear and nonlinear stiffness and damping coefficients of film force and their nondimensional expressions are derived. It has been shown that linear dynamic coefficients are adopted for analyzing Reynolds lubrication system in the condition of little vibrations and nonlinear dynamic coefficients are adopted in the condition of big vibrations.
