摘要
本文在研究超声电机对双相驱动电源的特殊要求的基础上,设计了一套针对超声电机驱动电源用的频率跟踪系统,同传统的超声电机用的双相电源中的频率跟踪系统相比,此系统具有可以在一定范围内测试出超声电机的谐振频率点,并能准确跟踪到谐振频率点的变化等优点.
In the paper, according to the special requirement of two-phase power of USM, a set of frequency tracking system has been designed. Compared with traditional frequency tracking systems on two-phase power, it can test resonant frequency of USM in a certain extent and track its variety precisely.
