运动对不同年龄大鼠直肠形态学的影响

Effects of Exercise on the Morphology of Rectum in the Different Aging Rats

本文探讨了运动对大鼠直肠形态学方面的影响,为运动对消化系统的影响提供了一个形态学方面的依据.分别将雄性的青年SD大鼠和老年SD大鼠随机分组,即分为青年运动组,青年对照组,老年运动组,老年对照组.运动组大鼠采用泳池游泳训练,对照组大鼠正常笼饲,自由饮食.处死后,取大鼠的直肠壁进行常规石蜡切片(10μm),光学显微镜观察,目镜测微计测量,分别比较青年运动组与青年对照组,老年运动组与老年对照组的直肠肠壁厚度和上皮细胞密度.结果显示,青年运动组大鼠与青年对照组大鼠相比,直肠壁厚度明显偏低,尤其是粘膜层厚度极显著降低;直肠上皮细胞密度显著高于青年对照组.老年运动组与老年对照组相比,两项指标差异均无显著意义.上述结果表明,运动使直肠的分泌功能增强,从而推论,运动对消化系统有良好的促进作用.

This study was intended to evaluate the effects of exercises on the morphology of rectum in the rats, in order to prove that exercise can cause the morphological change of the digestive system of rats. The male young SD rats, which were 6 weeks old ,were divided randomly into training and control groups, and so were the old rats, which were more than 20 months old. Therefor, there were 4 groups, called respectively young training group, young control group, old training group and old control group. The training group rats had been trained to swim for 6 weeks while the control group rats had been fed freely in the cages. then ,the rats were killed and the wall of rectum of the rats were used to cut into slices, which were wrapped up by paraffin. these slices were surveyed with light microscope to compare the thickness of the rectum wall. Density of epithelial cells (DEC) of the young training group with the control group and so were the old training group and old control group .The result showed, the rectum of the young training group is obviously thinner, especially the mucous membrane , the DEC is higher than the young control group. However, there were no difference between the old training group and the old control group. After the study, we concluded that exercise can improve the digestive system because it can strengthen the excreting function of the rectum.
