摘要 目的 :进一步探讨类胰高血糖素肽 1(GLP 1)的分泌机制和生理意义。方法 :应用三种不同浓度的降钙素基因相关肽 (CGRP)进行实验 ,通过放射免疫分析方法检测CGRP对GLP 1和胰岛素分泌的影响。结果 :无论外源性葡萄糖是否存在 ,低浓度组和中浓度组CGRP于各实验时间对GLP 1、胰岛素分泌均无影响 ,P >0 .0 5;而高浓度组CGRP均刺激GLP 1、胰岛素的分泌 ,并随CGRP处理时间的延长 ,GLP 1(7~ 3 6)酰胺、胰岛素血浆水平呈逐渐增加趋势 ,并以 90min水平最高 ,与对照组相比差异存在显著性 ,P <0 .0 1。结论 :CGRP对胰岛素刺激可能是全部或部分通过GLP 1途径发挥作用 ;低、中浓度的CGRP不能影响GLP 1和胰岛素分泌 ,高浓度的CGRP能刺激GLP Objective: To understand secretion mechanisms of GLP-1 and its physiological implication s. Methods:The effects of CGRP(calcitonin gene related peptide)on GLP-1(7~36) amide secretion with three different concentrations are tested b y radioimmunoassay(RIA). Results:Neither low concentration nor mid concentrations of CGR P had any effect on secretion of GLP-1 and insulin either in the presence or ab sence of exogenous glucose(P>0.05). However high concentration of CGRP increased secretion of GLP-1 and insulin. The levels of GLP-1(7~36) a mide and insulin showed a tendency to gradually increase with prolonged administ rating time and reached the peak at 90 min. There were statistically differences compared with the control group(P<0.01). Conclusion:The results suggest that low concentration of CGRP s how no stimulation to the GLP-1 and insulin secretion,whereas high concentr ation of CGRP might stimulate insulin secretion completely or partially vi a GLP-1.
