Analysis and Implementation of Inverse-time Characteristic for Solid State Relay

介绍3种反时限特性曲线的拟合方法,通过仿真和实验进行了比较。实验证明,由差动电路实现的反比例曲线可以对I2T曲线进行较好的拟合,并具有较高的精度。

Three curve-fitting methods of inverse-time characteristic are introduced and compared by simulation and experiments respectively. Test results show that the inverse-proportion curve realized by differential circuits can fit the I^2T curve well and higher accuracy can also be gained.
