摘要
复杂性科学哲学概括提出的一系列概念和理论不仅是对系统思想的新发展,而且为组织理论的创新提供了新视野和新进路:作为开放系统的组织概念、作为系统动力学过程的组织学习以及作为复杂应答系统的组织演化。
A series of concepts and theories which are put forward by the complex philosophy of science is not only the new development of system thinking,but provides a new vision and new approaches for the innovation of the organizational theory as organization concept of an open system,organizational learning of a dynamic process and organizational evolution of a complex response system.
