摘要
建设工程造价控制系统是复杂大系统。以系统科学提供的系统工程方法论为理论支点分析建设工程造价控制手段。探讨运用系统工程方法论解决工程造价控制系统中尚存的瓶颈问题。
Construction project cost control system is a kind of complex big system. Some of the construction project cost control metho are analyzed based on the system engineering methodologies provided by system theory. Some of the existing problems solving methods of construction cost control system are discussed by means of system engineering methodologies.
