On Social Innovation Systems

基于国家创新系统理论,社会创新系统强调了构筑有利于创新的社会机制,主张通过政治与社会领域的系统创新解决复杂社会问题。社会创新系统与民主、公民社会、文化等有着密切相关性,因此这一系统的培育也成为塑造现代社会结构的系统创新过程。

Based on the theory of National Innovation Systems,the Social Innovation System emphasizes on the building of social mechanism of innovation,and holds the opinion of solving complex social problems through systemic innovation in political and social area. The Social Innovation Systems is closely related to democracy,civil society and culture,and therefore,the cultivation of such a system becomes a process of systemic innovation which shapes the structure of modern society.
