摘要
制度改革需要从制度系统的角度来认清制度规律,本文依据系统论的观点提出并分析制度系统的有序性和不可逆性特征。
Institutional reform needed to understand the institutional laws from the perspective of the institutional system. Based on the system theory,the orderliness and irreversibility of the institutional system were analyzed.
