摘要
本文对发生于城市新兴教会中的群体性事件给予过程描述,依据系统动态分析方法将宗教群体性事件的演化过程划分为五个依次展开的逻辑过程,以"冲突解释学"与"冲突治理学"的对接模式,给出理论假设和操作对策。
The paper describes the process of events occurred in the urban emerging churches. Then applies the method of system dynamic analysis to examine the transforming process of religious group events which can be now divided into five expanded-logical processes. and provides theoretical assumptions and operational countermeasures through proposing a docking model of the 'hermeneutic conflicts'and 'managerial conflicts'.
