城市群可持续发展的系统评价——以长株潭城市群为例

The Systematic Evaluation of Sustainable Development of Urban Agglomeration——A Case Study of the Chang-Zhu-Tan Urban Agglomeration

在复合生态系统理论框架下,以维系城市群资源、环境、经济和社会的共生关系为核心,构建综合评价指标体系,并应用模糊综合评价法,对长株潭城市群复合生态系统循环状态进行评价。评价结果表明长株潭城市群系统整体呈现良性循环发展态势,处于中度良性循环状态,并保持可持续的发展态势。

Focusing on resources of urban agglomeration,environmental,economic and social symbiotic relationships,comprehensive evaluation index system are developed under the framework of the complex ecosystem theory. Using fuzzy Mathematics method,a comprehensive evaluation of the benign cycle of the Complex Ecosystem in Chang-Zhu-Tan Urban Agglomeration is carried out. The evaluation results indicate a developing trend towards benign cycle in Chang-Zhu-Tan Urban Agglomeration and are currently in a moderate state. Meanwhile the momentum is expected to continue.
