摘要
以往的乡村社会,由于形成耗散结构的条件不具备,公民教育一直处于混沌状态。当前在乡村创建公民教育必须采用耗散结构论所主张的自组织与他组织协同作用的模式,即通过政府与社会力量介入促进乡村的公民教育建设。
Since there were not the conditions to form the dissipative structure in the past time,civic education in rural society had been in a state of chaos. Now to create citizens education in the country,self-organization and other-organization must act synergistically according to the dissipative structure theory,which is to assist the village to develop its citizen education through the invention of government and social force.
