本文主要应用复杂系统理论的相关知识,从方法论角度来看,将复杂系统理论与多项目资源管理理论相结合,以信息系统工程建设中的多项目资源管理为实例,力图提出多项目管理中的资源配置解决方案。

According to the application of the complex systems theory,the article combines its theory with multi-project resource management theory from the viewpoint of methodology. Taking multi-project resources management in information engineering construction as an example,it tries to put forward the resources distribution solution in the project management.
