摘要
从系统论视角审视,"美丽中国"是中国共产党的"十八大"政府工作报告呈现给世人的新亮点,亦是国人的美好愿景。它既包括"生态文明"即"生态家园"建设,又关涉全民素质的提高即"精神家园"建设。两者二位一体,成为"美丽祖国"整个系统构成要素。
Judging from the prospective of Systemic Philosophy,The'Beautiful China'concept is not only a new limelight in the government work report of the 18 th national congress of CPC,but represent Chinese people's great vision for future. Now this new idea is about the improvement of China's ecological civilization( construction of ecological homeland) and Chinese citizens' spiritual status?( building the spiritual land) which formed a 'two in one'branch of the whole 'Beautiful Homeland'system.
