摘要
提出新型港口物资管理系统,使港口物资体系既能满足发展经济的要求,又能符合港口在应急状态下的需求。从合作博弈视角优化港口物资配置,构建博弈模型,将港口平时物资系统管理者和应急物资系统管理者作为博弈双方,分析在港口构建创新物资管理体系,对提高港口整体效益和成本优化的作用。再通过雅可比矩阵分析最终的稳定策略,及其与各个影响因素之间的关系。以北部湾港口群的某一海港为算例,运用新型模型模拟得出策略稳定点(1,1)为最优策略点。选择合作创新,实现信息共享能更好的优化港口物资配置,同时较低的合作风险系数也能起到良性循环和优化促进的作用。最后,为新型港口的物资管理体系的研究与发展,提供了新的参考思路。
Putting forward a new port materials management system,MAKES the port supplies system not only meet the requirements of economic development,but alsocould conform the demand of the port in the stress state. The distribution of the port supplies is optimized from the perspective of cooperation game and acooperation game model is built up. Making the ordinary times supplies system manager and emergency supplies system manager as the game rival,the paper analyzes the new materials system in building up the port,figures out its function of improving the overall efficiency and decreasing cost of the port.Then it studies the ultimate stability strategythrough the analysis of the Jacobian matrix,as well as the relationship between the strategy and various influencing factors. Taking a port of Beibu bay as an example,it get the result that stability strategy point C( 1,1) is the best strategy. Choosing cooperative innovation and realizing information sharing could make a better optimization of port materials,at the same time low cooperation risk coefficient can also play a benign circulation and optimize promote role. Finally,a new way of thinking and reference is provided in studying and developing a new port of materials logistics management system.
