基于混沌理论的犯罪心理生成机制研究

Study on the Mechanism of Criminal Psychology Based on Chaos,Theory form the Perspective of Complex System Theory

犯罪心理的形成是一个受到各种因素相互作用、相互影响的复杂系统过程,其发展伴随着确定和随机,其演变遵循混沌定律。本文将混沌理论运用于犯罪心理生成机制研究中,结合系统科学的思想,提供了一个新的视角来解释犯罪心理生成机制。从混沌理论的初值敏感性、内在随机性、有序和无序性等基本特性出发,探索犯罪心理产生、发展、变化的非线性本质。针对青少年、中年、老年这三类不同年龄段人群的犯罪心理生成机制分别进行分析,依据不同年龄段人群的生理、心理特点,找出犯罪产生的内在原因,提出预防犯罪的建议。

The formation of criminal psychology is a complex process of interaction and mutual influence by various factors,and its evolution follows the theory of chaos.Combining with complex system theory,chaos theory provides us a new perspective on criminal psychology,and provides proposals to prevent crimes.This paper analyzes the basic characteristics of chaos and its three intrinsic characteristics:sensitivity to initial value,inner randomness and'chaos order'.Then,the generation,development and change of the nonlinear nature of criminal psychology are explored.Finally,the internal reason of the crime is found out by analyzing the difference in the physiological and psychological characteristics at different ages(the teenager,the middle-aged and the older)and put forward measures and suggestions of preventing crime.
