讨论水玻璃型壳溃散性与温度的关系,影响溃散性的因素和改善溃散性的技术措施。在保证型壳高温强度的前提下,水玻璃密度应选择低一些,耐火材料可选用几种材料的混合,可以有效地改善型壳溃散性。

In this paper, the relations between collapsibility and temperature of shell mould, effect factors and measures for improving collapsibility were discussed.
