Correctly Understanding the Relationship between the Theory of Correctly Handling Contradictions among the People and the Comprehensive Strategy of Law-based Governance of Country

人民内部矛盾理论与全面依法治国战略在基本精神和根本原则等方面是一致的,二者并不冲突,都是党领导和发展社会主义事业的重要理论与战略。在新的历史条件下,二者密切联系,一方面依据法律法规来预防和正确区分与处理人民内部矛盾本来就是依法治国的重要内容,另一方面依法治国也为预防、区分和正确处理人民内部矛盾提供了重要保障、依据和手段,二者实际上是辩证统一的。

The theory of correctly handling contradictions among the people is in accordance with the comprehensive strategy of law-based governance of country in terms of basic spirit and fundamental principles. Both of them are important theories and strategies for governing and developing country by the CCP. Under the new historical conditions, they are closely relating with each other. On the one hand, according to laws, preventing and correctly distinguishing and handling contradictions among the people is an important content of comprehensive strategy of law-based governance of country. On the other hand, comprehensive strategy of law-based governance of country also provides an important guarantee, basis and means for preventing, distinguishing and correctly handling contradictions among the people. In fact, they are dialectically unified.
