新时代我国社会主要矛盾的变化要求社区共同体建设内含民主法治、公平正义、社会参与、责任担当、邻里和睦和诚信互惠的公共精神价值维度。其中民主法治是社区公共精神的制度保障,公平正义是社区公共精神的精神内核,社会参与是社区公共精神的力量源泉,责任担当是社区公共精神的价值灵魂,邻里和睦是社区公共精神的德性修养,诚信互惠是社区公共精神的伦理原则。

In the new era, because of the main contradictory changes, it require the construction of community to include public spirit dimensions of community of democracy and rule by law, justice and equality, communal participation, accountability, harmony with neighbors, faithful and maximizing mutual benefit in our society. Among them, democracy and the rule of law are the institutional guarantee of the community’s public spirit, fairness and justice are the spiritual core of the community’s public spirit, social participation is the source of power of the community’s public spirit, and responsibility is the value soul of the community’s public spirit. Neighborhood harmony is the moral cultivation of community public spirit, and honesty and reciprocity is the ethical principle of community public spirit.
