2018年10月正式推行的国家统一法律职业资格制度和社会高度关注、期望的法律职业共同体构建,要求我们应把法学教育定位为以国家、社会和市场需求为基本导向的法律职业教育,从法律知识体系、法律价值伦理、法律思维方法、法律技能训练等多个方面进行改革,以回应、满足和适应国家、社会、市场对法学教育的热切期待。

It will certainly put forward new requirements and challenges to legal education in law school of the universities, with that the national unified legal professional qualification system had be implemented in October 2018, and people will give attention to the lawyer community establishment. We should firmly and unhesitatingly take legal education as legal professional education for a basic state, society and market demand. It is required to reform law knowledge system, value ethics, thinking pattern and law skills training meet the demands of the states, society and market.
