摘要
通过对国内外常见的空间伸展机构进行对比,选择套筒式伸展机构为某型无线通信系统的升降控制装置。根据工作过程要求对该伸展机构进行了整体结构设计、传动机构设计、锁紧和释放装置结构设计以及受力分析,最后根据电机驱动力计算结果选择合适的电机。结果表明:该设计能满足某型无线通信系统套筒式伸展机构的要求。
By comparing the common space extension mechanisms at home and abroad,the sleeve extension mechanism was chosen as the lifting control device for a wireless communication system.According to the requirements of working process,the overall structure design,the transmission mechanism design,the locking and release structure design and the force analysis of the extension structure were carried out.Finally,the driving force of motor was calculated for appropriate motor selection.The results showthat the design can meet the requirement of sleeve extension mechansim of a wireless communication system.
