摘要
随着南宁市青秀区的快速发展建设、琅东商圈的崛起,滨湖路的晚高峰交通拥堵的情况越来越严重,交通流分布不均衡,严重制约了南宁的城市发展。为了有效缓解滨湖路晚高峰期间过量的交通负荷,保证该路段的交通畅通,从滨湖路交通现状分析着手,针对该路段的交通问题进行实际调查和分析,运用绿波协调控制理论,设计了2个优化方案,并运用微观交通仿真技术对现状及两个方案进行量化评估,验证了绿波控制在解决潮汐流交通问题方面可以取得一定的效果,为管理者实施优化方案提供科学的支撑。
Due to the noticeable development of Nanning city, traffic congestion has become a serious problem, especially during the peak hours along the Binhu road. The development of Nanning city is restricted by the imbalance distribution of traffic flow. In order to ease the overload burden of traffic along the Binhu road during the peak hours, the current problems are analyzed and some solutions with directional green-wave traffic control are proposed. Traffic microscopic simulation software is used to estimate the improvement between before and after implementations of the solutions.
