摘要 针对随机需求下蓄冷式多温共配问题,综合考虑配送过程中的固定成本、行驶成本、保温箱成本、碳税成本及顾客需求的随机性,以配送总成本最小化为目标,建立了随机需求下蓄冷式多温共配的优化模型及算法。将容量无法交叉使用的多区隔车辆补货路径的随机动态规划及其算法拓展至车容量可以交叉使用的蓄冷式多温共配。采用事前估计策略求解随机需求所带来的回程补货问题,并根据概率分布构造了多维冷链品剩余量分布图用以决策可能的前行/回程方案。最后,通过算例验证了模型及算法的有效性。 To optimize the distribution route of the cold-storage multi-temperature joint distribution system, a mathematical model and an algorithm has been established with the objective of minimizing total distribution cost(including the fixed cost, running cost, insulated box cost and carbon tax cost) with the consideration of the randomness of customer's demand. First, the multi-compartment vehicle routing problem where the capacity cannot be shared has been extended to the multi-temperature joint distribution in which the capacity can be shared. Secondly, the problem of return trip resulted from stochastic demand has been solved by using the prior estimation strategy, and the multi-dimensional distribution diagram of remaining quantity has been constructed based on probability distribution to make the decision of forward/return route. Finally, a numerical example has been analyzed to demonstrate the validity of the model and algorithm.
