On the Historic Logic: the Modernization Development Strategy of New China for 70 Years

制定中长期的符合国情的发展战略是一个国家、特别是发展中国家实现现代化,走向繁荣富强的重要任务。新中国70年现代化发展战略的制定和演进,经历了从'工业化'到'四个现代化'、分'三步走'实现现代化、以实现'民族复兴'为引领的建设现代化强国战略等几个发展阶段。各个阶段具体情况不尽相同,但是在战略目标、战略安排、战略布局和指导思想等方面具有内在逻辑统一性,构成了中国共产党关于新中国现代化发展战略的宏伟蓝图。

It is an important task for a country,especially a developing country,to formulate a long and medium-term development strategy in line with the national conditions to achieve modernization and prosperity.The formulation and evolution of New China’s modernization development strategy has experienced several stages,i.e.'industrialization','four modernizations','three steps'to achieve modernization,and the strategy of building a strong modernized country led by'national rejuvenation'.Although the four stages are not exactly the same,they share the same internal logic in terms of strategic goals,strategic arrangements,strategic layout and guiding ideology,which constitute the blueprint for the CPC’s development strategy of New China’s modernization.
