摘要
针对周期性检查的二部件可修系统的可用度建模问题,论文假设系统故障时间和修复时间服从任意分布形式,采用完全维修策略,以递归的方法构建了该类装备可用度的计算模型,并对串联、并联和备份3种典型结构形式的可用度进行了计算和验证,计算结果表明该模型符合系统的物理规律,可以实现对二部件周期性检查装备的可用度计算,为周期性检查的复杂装备可用度计算奠定了技术基础.最后以故障/维修时间服从威布尔/正态分布的周期性检查装备为例对系统检查周期、可用度的关系进行了分析,为合理确定装备检查周期、提高装备可用度提供了很强的指导意义.
The periodically inspected system availability of two-components repairable system with a perfect repair policy under arbitrary lifetime and repair-time distributions is studied in this paper, an analytical availability model is presented for system adopts a recursively method. The general expression of two-components repairable system availability under structure forms of series, parallel and standby are obtained and calculated, the calculation results illustrate that this model accords with the physical law of the system, which laid a solid technical foundation for complex periodical inspection equipment availability calculation. Finally, a Weibull-normal distributed subsystem is study to analyze the relationship between inspection periodic and availability. This simulation achievement provides technology support for improving system availability and determining reasonable inspection period.
