1.Organization scheme of six large rare earth groups filed in MIIT On 8 January 2014,the Ministry of Industry and Information Technology in conjunction with the Ministry of Land and Resources,the State-owned Assets Supervision and Administration Commission of the State Council held a special meeting on the organization of large rare earth enterprise groups.On the meeting,MIIT conveyed the State Council’s spirit of strengthening administration on rare earth industry and arranged the key tasks of reorganization and industry management for the following step.Afterward,MIIT actively facilitated the organization of the six rare earth groups.CHINACLO,China Northern Rare Earth Group,
