摘要
独居石精矿经碱分解提取稀土后剩下的放射性酸溶渣还含有REO、ThO2、U3O8及未被分解的锆英石、独居石等有价资源。采用选冶联合法使铀、钍、稀土在系统内实现闭路循环,回收了精矿中的有用资源,综合回收率大于97%,最大限度的降低放射性核素铀、钍的排放。具有低酸度、低温度特点,解决了浸渣不易分层和过滤的难题。
Acid leaching residue of monazite concentrate decomposed by alkali contains REO,ThO2,U3O8 and undecomposed valuable minerals such as zirconite and monazite.This paper presents a beneficiation-metallurgy combination process to recover uranium,thorium and rare earth in the residue in a closed-circuit circulation system in low acidity and low temperature.The overall recovery of U,Th and rare earth is higher than 97%.Release of radioactive materials has been reduced to minimum.
