离子吸附型稀土矿绿色提取技术研究进展 被引量:68

Progress in the Green Extraction Technology for Rare Earth from Ion-adsorption Type Rare Earths Ore

摘要 离子吸附型稀土矿富含中重稀土,是我国具有绝对优势的战略资源。目前该矿主要采用硫酸铵浸出、碳酸氢铵沉淀的工艺提取稀土,提取过程中存在氨氮污染问题。本文从绿色浸取剂及浸出液绿色富集技术开发两方面对离子吸附型稀土矿绿色提取技术研究进展以及发展趋势进行了介绍,并给出了绿色清洁提取技术发展方向建议。 The ion-adsorption type rare earths ore are the main resources of mid-heavy rare earth in the world and it is strategic resources of china.Nowadays,rare earth is recovered by leaching process with(NH4)2SO4 solution in the industry,and enriched by precipitating with ammonium bicarbonate.There was serious environmental pollution in the extraction process of the ore.The latest research progress and development trend in the green extraction technology for rare earth were introduced in this paper,which was divided into three aspects including green leaching agent and green enrichment technology.Moreover the development direction of clean green extraction technology of ion-adsorption type rare earths ore was proposed in this paper.
