摘要
通过宏观观察和微观显微组织检测等手段,对以20#钢为材料的稀土电解炉阳极压板的失效机理进行了简单探索,并且通过XRD检测对失效样品表面产物进行了分析,结果表明:导致阳极压板失效的主要原因为高位氧化和高温腐蚀,其腐蚀主要产物为FeO、NdOF、LiFe_5O_8以及其它与Fe反应产生的络合物。
Experiment on failure mechanism of rare earth electralytic cell anode plate made by steel 20 has been carried out through macroscopic observation and microstructure analysis. Surface composition of failure samples was analyzed with XRD. The results show that the causes leading to the failure of the anode plate are high temperature corroson and high oxidation. The corrosion products are Fe O,Nd OF,Li Fe5 O8 and Fe complex.
